I know this is an old piece of equipment, but here goes anyway.
I have a 2830 PTZ that appears to have a low res image in VSOM; however if I look at it in the IP camera setup software, the image is very crisp. I'm not sure I understand what's going on. It appears the camera itself is fine, VSOM just is not displaying the image in as high a quality as it should. Any suggestions on how to correct this?
