On my 5011 and 5010 cameras the image I am seeing with the service cable and a monitor is not what I am seeing in the vsom or the camera website picture. I am wondering if there is a setting I do not have right. Any help would be great. Thanks

With the service cable and a hand held TV i see a much wider and taller image then what i am seeing when i login to the camera through the IP to view and the VSOM. It is cutting off in the camera and vsom probably half inch of the television screen. it also seems to make a difference on how zoomed the camera is with what doesn't show.
thank you for your help

Zack,
you can get a wider and taller image depending on the size of screen of tv/monitor/lcd. do you mean while watching the same camera in vsom clips the area.
i would like you to test it by placing a object at the very edge of viewable area confirm this on tv. then watch the same in vsom and let me know if it clips the object.
also if you can post snapshot of 2 screen.
Thanks
