6020 IP Microphone

Anybody know of the Cisco  part number for the external microphone for this camera?----Or the make and model of one that will work?

Cisco doesn't produce a microphone part (that I know of), and will only go so far as to recommend a quality line-level microphone.  I'd personally recommend something like:

... *however*, keep in mind that the audio fidelity actually recorded by Cisco VSM is currently stacked against you (I'm hoping this changes soon).  Audio streams in Cisco VSM are currently limited to an 8kHz sample rate at a depth of 8bits (fine for an intercom... maybe?).  A great microphone can only do so much.  I'm sure the hardware is capable of much greater sampling... but it just isn't there yet.

Good point about the audio quality. Scott have you ever used the SIP endpoint on the 7030?
