Badge credential template doesn't match the credential database template

Hi,

I am new to CPAM environment and I am trying to configure CPAM with HID but I am receiving the following error.

Badge credential template doesn't match the credential database template

Details of my deployment.

CPAM : 1.5.2

AC READER : HID Thinline II 5395

Can anyone help me out in by telling me where I am wrong and how to correct it.

Hi Haris,

Error says that Credential template configured with door doesn't match with the Badge template.

Each door is associated with Device template where depending on the card type been used we add the credential template as below.

these selected template has to match with the Badge template, as below.

In your case there is mismatch of template between both.

Thank you for your response.

I have checked it again but I have already assigned both the Device and Credential templates the option that you just mentioned.

Kindly check the snapshots, but the problem still persists.

Hi Haris,

Selected needs to be 26bitwiegandKey_New. rest of the template needs to be moved to available.

Door Considers only selected template.

Thanks Raghav. Removing other templates did the trick.

One more thing. Can you tell me how to connect the wiring to the Magnetic Lock? I mean should I connect using the Reader or the Gateway?
