On the Cisco 6020 IP cameras there is an option to include a snapshot or clip of the video when it detected motion. But I don't see a way to do this on VSOM 7.8, I am only getting a text alert.

I just deployed a VSOM 7.8 but i have an issues with uploaded floor plans. I tried to use png and jpeg/jpg fromat of floor plans but none those floor plans are view able on the vsom or SASD. I'm just getting a blank page. Any ideas ?
