Running VSOM 7.7.  Can't get see any video.  Dell E5250 running WIN8.1 and IE11. Get this after logging in "Unable to get property 'createView' of undefined or null reference". Can not select a pane.  Any ideas??

On the Cisco 6020 IP cameras there is an option to include a snapshot or clip of the video when it detected motion. But I don't see a way to do this on VSOM 7.8, I am only getting a text alert.

I just deployed a VSOM 7.8 but i have an issues with uploaded floor plans. I tried to use png and jpeg/jpg fromat of floor plans but none those floor plans are view able on the vsom or  SASD. I'm just getting  a blank page. Any ideas ? Thanks
