CANT ENTER PASSWORD TO 6400-6020 CAMERAS

We cannot enter the camera which we setted up passwords. It is not accecpting te password.

How can we reset the camera password without hard reset? Is there any way?

Are they registered to a VSOM instance, and does VSOM still have valid access to the camera endpoint?  If so, you should be able to set the password from the configuration page for the camera within VSOM.

If not, I don't believe there is any way to reset *only* the password.  You may need to do a factory reset on the endpoint (reset button 15+ seconds).

Yes scott we can reach from VSOM but VSOM want the old pass for to change. Yes I think so we have to hard reset.
