Cisco 4300 streaming video to public site

Will I be able to broadcast the video from the Cisco 4300 on a public site from our Web server?

If you use VSMS/VSOM you can obtain the video from your cam by using the vsmsproxy. I my case it looks like that:

http://hubble/video.jpg?source=p_s2_Raum_6_2&framerate=25

But how to get it directly from the cam....don't know...
