Cisco 4500E upgrade problem

Hi ,

I am having a problem when I upgrade cisco 4500E ip camera from 3.1.0 to 3.1.1 ( P/N 74-9126-02 ) using hotfix utility.

this error appears when i press upgrade  " Status <ip-address of camera> camera not reachable "

Hi,

Did your switched on SSH access on your camera?

Where did you find a hotfix for 3.1.0 ? I'm find only a 2.3.2 hotfix utility.

The current firmware is 3.1.0 - 52

Yhya: Please check if your windows firewall is enabled. If enabled: turn it off

Test SSH using username 'root' and the password you configured. Is this working?

Can you ping the camera from the PC running the hotfix utility?

Sergey: the 3.1.1 hotfix utility is only for the 4300E/4500E camera and can be found in the 3.1.1 firmware download section on Cisco.com.

I have a similar issue with the utility for a 4500 going from 2.0 to 2.3.2.  firewall is off, i can ssh to the unit, pinging it is fine.  keep getting the unreachable message from the utility.
