Cisco monitoring with web management interface

I would like to know if a device in general or a firewall in particular has the ability to provide me with graphics and other monitoring information in real time via its web management interface.

Depends on what Firewall  you have, in general cisco concern.

ASA - has tool called ASDM which uses to configure

FTD - uses  FMC /. FDM - these new you can have GUI to configure.

Apart from that both support REST API can configure from other interfaces to interact with this device.

yes, best way if you looking to monitor device is NMS using SNMP.
