I have an issue with a CIVS-IPC-5010 IP camera. The LED is flashing green all the time. The factory reset seems not working and I am not able to ping the camera (default IP address and the last configured IP address). Any tips and advice are highy welcome.
I had to RMA my one that had the same problem recently. Make sure, that you have portfast enabled on the switchport before doing any upgrades. But when it blinks, its too late. Happy to hear any other ways to fix it.
