CIVS-IPC-6400 IP Camera

Hi All

Hoping someone can help.

We have five CIVS-IPC-6400 cameras and cant figure out on how to record the video, has anyone any ideas please? Tried using third party software such as iSpy however this doesnt work either.

Any and all ideas welcome.

I'm not sure I'm following... are you having trouble getting the cameras added and archiving in Cisco's VSM solution? 

I don't believe the cameras provide any recording functionality outside of Cisco's VSM.

Did you purchase these through a Cisco PhySec ATP?
