I have having a few strange issues on my site. I am using this card reader, and it is working fine with our technician badges, but will not work with the customer provided badges (door decode failure). The real kicker here, is the customer already has other card readers on site that are 26bit wiegand and use the defaults in CPAM. They have no issues using the card read only HID readers on site with their cards. Our technician cards work on both perfectly.
Also, can you do card read or keypad for doors, or just card read and keypad?
