There isn't a standard template for a particular HID reader. So long as the reader in question is weigand compliant, the template assigned would depend on the bit pattern for the cards which were programmed to be used with that reader. If you have cards programmed by HID, and those cards use a 32-bit format, HID would have to supply the bit sequence for that particular (custom) card.
Given the exact bit pattern, it should be possible to create a custom template and assign that to the gateway to which that reader is attached. By exact bit sequence I mean literally knowing that bit 0 is parity, bits 1-x are the facility code, x-y is the card number, y-z is something which the CPAM gateway doesn't need to decode, and bit 31 is parity (just as an example.)
