I have a customer who wants to forward a total of 23 HVAC and other alarms to CPAM.
They have a single gateway and two additional Input Modules. Speaking to their alarm systems specialist he mentioned that the alarms sources have no management software and can only be connected via 2-wires each. According to him he can have each alarm close the t-wire circuit when an alarm is raised by any of the systems.
My question is, is it possible to setup such a scenario so that a pair-per-alarm is connected to the Gatwaye Input module. Then configure some configuration type on CPAM one per alarm type and receive alarms accordingly? If yes, what configuration scenario should be followed in such case?
Finally, will the input modules suffice? 2 pairs per alarm so a total of 46 wire.
