direct connect to door gateway is not working

I am running Vista (32 bit) on a laptop and IE7. The LAN port is configured to 192.168.1.10 & subnet mask is 255.255.255.0.

When I bring up IE and enter 192.168.1.42, I get a login page, login works ok, but the Image Management tab does not show any installed images.

The gateway does not appear to be talking to the pc. I need to pre-install new images prior to physical install.

PLAESE HELP!

Hi Mel,

Did you try downloading and updating the gateway firmware from cisco ?.

http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/release.html?mdfid=282495657&flowid=31385&softwareid=282463809&release=1.3.2&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

your gateway firmware should match to your CPAM server version.

check if your hitting this bug below
