Document for VSM recovery?

Hi, Is anyone aware of a document with the steps needed to recover a VMS server? I have looked around both the Cisco and Ciscoet web sites and was unable to find one.

              i would advice you to open a case for PDI at http://www.cisco.com/web/partners/tools/pdi.html. and i 'll be happy to help you out in VSM recovery procedure. to access this service partner should have one of these valid certification below.

* ATP Access Control
* Cisco Systems Engineer
