Gateways not connecting to CPAM

Hello to all,

we are facing a problem with a number of gateways not being able to successfully connect to the CPAM server.

On the server side we are able to locate the below:

The server runs on version 1.3.2.

Any ideas?

I am having the same exact problem. I configure new users and badges along with the access policies and none of it will propagate through to the gateways. I am sorry to see that nobody has responded to your inquiry. Moreover, that there isn't a solution provided. If you found a solution to this problem, by all means please share.
