Ip Camera 4500 w VSM 7

Hi ,

I am facing a problem with VSM 7 .

When trying to view Cisco IP Camera 4500 , the following error appears ( Failed to load camera feed , Error message 402 Authorization expired )

camera firmware is " 2.4.1-275 "

Any Idea ?

Hi Kim

This error can be possible due to incorrect credentials while configuring the camera on the VSOM.

Check correct credentials are provided.

Another reason could the time synchronization issue between the media server to which the camera is added and the vsom server.

Check the time on both the servers(vsom and vsms), configure it to same timings manually or synchronize with the NTP.
