So, i have 2 brand new MSP with IPICS 4.0(2) clean installs.

Primary server have the bundle license

Secondary server only have the HA license

The problem is that when i try to configure HA on the primary server im getting a timeout notification. (i cannot add the ha server)

Both server are pingable (pinging from one to another uninterrupted) and the passwords for the ipicsadmin user y correct (as i have entered them using the cli)

Do you have any recomendation?

Looking at the LOGS of the Primary, im getting this msg:

[http-8443-Processor23] ERROR HighAvailabilityOptionsAction:212 - doTrust(): Timeout

could be a time sync issue. Has NTP been configured?

The problem was that i was not using a DNS server so Cisco TAC advise me to modify the /etc/hosts.

After adding the name of the secondary server to the primary hosts file worked like a charm!
