Hi Cisco community
I recently noticed a RAID error in one of the servers (media-server1 in where I storage the several camera records) due to a harddisk damaged. After move the affected cameras (through Video Surveillance Operations Manager) to media-server2 (to avoid to miss cameras records while the RAID is being repaired), replace the HD in media-server1 (without issues) when I tried to move back the cameras to the media-server1 from "Video Surveillance Operations Manager", appears the following message Operation failed: Media server reported the error Failed to update device (Device HwId mismatch.).
Are you aware of this kind of issues? Any help?
