When upgrading the firmware of network switch. it giving below error message
Failed to execute the command archive download-sw /overwrite /http iosFile

What is the IP address of your web server and the file name of your new image? Could you try something like this:
Switch# archive download-sw /overwrite http://[Server_IP]/[File_Name]
