On-board compute for Cisco Video Cameras ?

Hi All,  can anyone tell me if Cisco's Video Cameras have on-board compute capacity to load & run 3rd party software ?   (e.g., software that performs in-camera video image processing).   If so, where can i find CPU and RAM specs for our video cameras  (CIVS-IPC-3000/6000 series) ?    Or would any 3rd party software need to reside in our Media Surveillance Server upstream from cameras ?   Thanks, Wes.

Select camera series have additional DSP hardware for running video and audio analytics packages from Cisco.  I have not heard of any instance of 3rd party (i.e. not acquired via Cisco) functioning on any of the camera endpoints.
