ONVIF device problem

Hello!

We use vsom 7.5.1 and would like to use her camera protocol onvif.

We have cameras Proto IP-N1W13V212IR and AK-IP2.4-BL/DV622 but we can not connect them to the system.

With the addition of camera error occurs Operation failed: Media server reported the error ACK: recv (68): peer shutdown

Very interested in the company Hikvision which models onvif cameras can be used exactly in the system?

Really the only way to be sure is to perform a hardware pilot (in my opinion).  The behaviour of ONVIF devices isn't always consistent from what I've seen and should really be put through some rigorous testing.

Today tested the camera GeoVision GV-BL2400 onvif 2.0 and 2.0 onvif ACTi d31 2.0 onvif....system sees them, he adds, but at the end of an error "Operation failed: Media server reported the error RTSP DESCRIBE failed".  What could be the problem? Incorrect rtsp port?

what is the ONVIF version on these cameras ? as VSM support 2.0 and can be integrated and added to VSM application.

If issue stills persist then further logs or TAC can be opened for the inter-operability irrespective of the fact ONVIF 2.0
