Before upgrading to 6.3.2 I was able to adjust the playback speed while watching archive clips. Now the speed bar changes but it does not change the playback speed. Anyone else seen this or have any idea how to correct this? I am about to upgrade to 6.3.2-MR2, but I don't have high hopes of correcting this issue with that.
Forgot to mention. I am running on Windows 7 x64 and IE9 if that makes any difference. Doesn't work in XP either.

Karen Capoor gives a link to a microsoft update that is causing the issue and a fix. It worked for me.

Try the procedure below and you will get the scroll bar working again.
As soon as Update KB2597986 is applied to any machine VSOM will no longer allow you to fast forward or rewind archived video. This update closes a fairly significant hole in Office 2010 and once applied it cannot be uninstalled. This update causes issue with ActiveX Workaround: To resolve the issues the Windows Update causes to ActiveX: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2597986 Scroll towards the bottom of the page till you find the "fix it" button Running the Fix It program Restart IE log back into VSOM scroll bar and speed slier should both be fixedlet me know if this help
