Problem with PTZ zoom on CIVIS-2935 through VSM

Hi.

I had a problem with zooming CIVIS-IPC-2935 through web interface (and HTTP API too) of VSM. I have VSM 6.3.2 MR1. Video streams fine, pan, tilt works fine. Zoom works fine directly from web interface of IP camera, but not through VSM. I have tried with 2 similar cameras.

Firmware version of is 1 .6.17.2084-O1.5523

I have heard in this forum about problems with zoom in this firmware. Yesterday I saw working zoom in third-party company

and there was 1.5.10.2084-01.4216.

I can't download software from cisco.com (don't have rights). Vendor's technical support works very poorly and slowly. Cisco TAC says sends me to the vendor.

Can I downgrade firmware of camera and where could I download 1.5.10 version? And where can i download it?

I have found the solution: using drivers for VSM   dp_pelco-1.7-8005d_6.3.1-21d_sles10sp1

there are another drivers, but they don't work (zoom doesn't work):

dp_pelco-1.7-919d_6.3.2-23d

dp_pelco-1.9-1d_6.3.1-34d

Cisco TAC and Cisco distributer didn't help me...
