Turning OFF record on motion on the Cisco IP 8030 camera

I want to completely disable the motion detection on the 8030. Currently the "enable motion detection" box is NOT ticked on the Applications menu.  However I am still getting the error "Motion window is not configured on the camera. Record on motion and other action will not work.". This is not a simple warning or informational error. It is a configuration error that will not clear.  I don't want motion detection AND I don't want the error telling me that I don't have motion detection set up.  How can I remedy this issue? Please help.

Did you check that template setting used for this camera. Make sure that you have not enabled the "Record on motion" setting on template, which in turn ask you to enable the "motion window on cameras".

Use continuous type recordings for camera.
