I am having trouble pulling up the setup for the CIVS-IPC-6400E camera. I have a POE setup which is connected to my PC setup, but I cannot connect to 192.168.0.100.
Do you connect the camera directly to PoE or am I missing a step?
1- from SW #sh cdp neighbor details to verify the correct ip for this CAM 2-try to ping if cam reachable ,then access it via http 3- if HTTPS access failed ---> please try to close your antivirus APP at your PC ( i face this issue before ) 4- try to access it via firefox web browser not google chrome ( also face this issue before and solved when use firefox)
plz let me know if above steps solve the issue or not yet
