Do i have to purchase VMWare Hypervisor and its license separately for Video Surveillance manager on UCS ?

Yes, VMware is purchased SEPARATELY from Video Surveillance Manager.

You have to purchase minimum VMWare vSphere Standard 5.x to be able to deploy VSM in a virtualized environment. The licenses you will need to purchase will depend on the number of processors.

However, if you buy CPS-UCS-XXX-XX bundle P/Ns the VSM will come installed on baremetal.
