VSM 7 clipping issue

Hi there,

I'm trying to create a 10 minute MP4 Clip in VSOM. I'm able to define the bookmarks, and I can start the export. But if I try to download the created clip, it shows me nothing. So I checked the log and saw this error:

        

Then I looked at the Clip Respository Configuration, it looks like this:

And now here's a report about the diskspace:

I don't know where to look now to get this error fixed. Can anyone help me whit this problem?

Thomas, in which logs did you see that error?

So after you enter your time and name of clip and click ok, nothing happens? I believe I am having same issue to and want to confirm in logs.

Hi Nicholas,

just go to VSOM, then change to the tab "Operations". Now open the Management Console and log in. In tab "Monitor" change to "logs" and then search "saveclip.log" in the drop down box.

Interesting, I do not have a saveclip.log option available in the dropdown. Hummm.
