When we purchase VSM7.5 on UCS Bundle CPS-UCS-2RU-K9 , Do we have to purchase VMware Hyperviosr/ VMware Licenses Separately ?
OR Does the bundle includes VMware Hypervisor as well ?

Your Cisco PhySec ATP partner or the Cisco SE should be able to clarify this for you, but I believe that SKU number is for a bare metal install of VSM on the chassis.

As Scott mentioned:
CPS-UCS-xxxx is BARE METAL for VSM7.
For virtualized VSM, you need to get a Cisco UCS part number (e.g. UCSC-C240-xxxx) AND the VMware licenses.
VSM does not come with VMware licensing.
