trying to see if anyone has run into this issue:
Deployed new CSS240 chassis earlier this year on 7 different non connected sites and keep getting reports of cameras that are going down and dropping like flies. The majority of cameras are 2621v units which are often failing on me with the optical unit failure which clicks on the shutter or the base failing. I've been "repairing" some by swapping bases or optical units which had done the trick.
Cameras that are shown in red are pingable without problems and can be accessed via HTTPS without problems.
Using the replace configurations options under the device settings I can get the cameras to come back up without any issues.
Anyone else ever run into this issue?
