VSOM do not show me the video in form correct

Can you send me your config screen shots. Also what type of camera is it?

Yes of course, the camera is CIVS-IPC-2500.

When I make click a button toggle fullscreen on this source (+) in others word maximize the scrren is working fine, but when I make click a button toggle fullscreen on this source (-) is not working fine is very bad.

Also is bad when layout to have several screen or video.

Hi there,

Try disabling VMR mode. Admin >> Settings >> uncheck the "use VMR" button.

This is a known problem with Intel video cards. Try using a machine with nvidia or ati.
