VSOM losing PTZ presets

Have a customer who has lost all PTZ presets for cameras located on 5 different media servers running ver 6.3.2. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to find out what is causing this?

All the cameras?

What kinds did they lose the presets on?  Was it all at once or does it happen periodically?  Does it coincide with any events that you've been able to find?

Solution of missing presets:

Apparently the customer was told by TAC to delete the camera feeds and

rebuild them with different configs and he "assumed" that the presets

were saved in the cameras themselves.

Sooo if camera feeds are deleted you gotta redo the presets also
