We are still in process of rolling out Duo in our environment and only have a small number of users enrolled with no login MFA yet. A lot of these users are getting stepped up authentications because of "risky" logins. The users are unaware they have been stepped up, they just assume this is normal because it is all new. Admins are not notified of step ups and I am having trouble finding a report that gives me further information about that. There should be some way to see that an account has been stepped up without having to drill down into each account. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Nice to have those options but I doesn't appear to be accurate. I have a user I just cleared step-up today that isn't there. We have 4-5 others cleared in the last week that don't show up. I only see 1 or 2 older step-ups. Very weird. Maybe I will open a support ticket.
