Hello,

on the dashboard of the "Monitoring & Report Viewer" I see a lot of system alarms related to the database.

ACS database failure .jpg

The explanation of the alarm says to look at the Collector logs for the details.

Anybody can help me to better understand where I have to look at ?

You will have to run debugs on the ACS server and then capture the events again. There is a similar bug that is opened for the tacacs accounting and hasnt been resolved as of ACS 5.3 patch 5. I would suggest opening a tac case to have them take a look.

Here is the bug that i am referrring - CSCts67174

Hello Friends,

Any udpate on this,

Currently I am finding same alerts for below  mentioned version.

Version : 5.3.0.40.3

I am getting database failiure messages for Radius authentication & radius accounting & those are prompted as critical messages.

Is this bug fixed in later version or ACS upgrades. Please let me know.

Thanks

Ajay

Akay: you may update to latest patch and check.
