Hi at all,
i have a question about sending a Mail.
I have a ACS 5.2 with all Patches. Now i will create a Threshold for a passed Authentication for users in a special User-Group.
I get a Mail from this ACS but i can not see the Username in the Mail.
I have a Link in this mail with a Report on the ACS. On this Report i can see all Information.
My Problem is i need this Information in the Mail from ACS direct. I will send this mail to a ticket tool.
Can anyone help me?

It seems like a very good feature request .. Not sure that there is anything that can be done about it apart from filing this enhancement request
