We got a PSION workabout Pro3 that's connect through the wifi network.
For authentication we got ACS 5.3.0.40.7.
We use PEAP-MSCHAPv2 for authentication of the PSION workabout Pro3.
The users complain that the PSION workabout Pro3 lose communication.
When we check in the ACS we see that around 66% of the time the ACS is dropping the auth.
In the active directory username it's section it's display it blank (in the other time it's display the username).
The error it's display:
User not found in Active directory
Subject not found in the applicable identity store(s)
To check if the problem is in the ACS or the client we moved the radius into a Microsoft server, and the problem was gone.
