ACS 5.3 stops real time logs

Hello, I have an ACS and is working very well authentication LAN users using 802.1X.

The problem is that the real time logging ( showing when someone logins to the network) has suddently stopped.

Is there some service I could restart? Any guidance?

Hi Alexis,

Try restarting the ACS services from CLI by issuing these commands:

application stop acs

application start acs
