ACS 5.3 to 5.4 upgrade issue

Hallo,

I read a lot of threads about it but I am not able to upgrade the ACS Server.

I always get the:

% Manifest file not found in the bundle

error.

I started @ 5.2.11 and tried to upgrad with no success.

I was successful with upgrading to 5.3 and patch to 5.3.9.

I always used ftp.

I tried it with sftp from another server.

I downloaded the 5.4 upgrade bundle again.

I removed the patch 5.3.9 and patched to 5.3.8. - same error.

Got someone an idea?

Have you checked the checksum of the downloaded file? (use firefox to download)

Can you share the show ver and show tech from the ACS?

I think the only reason why it does not work is that I dont have 500 GB Disk Space for that Server.

So I stay at 5.3 until there is a really need for 5.4.

Perhaps somone can acknowlegde that assumption.

Paul,

Running anything below 500 GB will take your partitioning to 60 GB on 5.3 which may be the cause of why you are not able to apply the patch.
