ACS 5.4.0.46a and appliance 3495 ???

Hi, folks.

I have just received the 3495 appliance, since our ACS deployment is still on 5.4, I tried to

reimage the appliance with the 5.4.0.46a iso using the KVM console of the CIMC.

The boot process gets interrupted with lots of exeption messages:

Is it possible to install the 5.4 image on the 3495 .... ??

Would the install work when I created a bootable USB stick ???

It looks as if support for the 3415 was released in 5.4 and 3495 in 5.5.

Yeah, I know, thx.

But this is not what I am looking for, what I need is ACS 5.4 supporting the 3495 appliance.....

At this time, it does not.

That means that if anyone, who has a running implementation of ACS 5.4 and plans to extend the deployment with the new and much much more performant 3495 appliances, is forced to upgrade the whole deployment to ACS 5.5 !!!

Not very customer-oriented, I say .....

Maybe this support feature is still to come ???

ACS 5.5 supports Cisco SNS-3415-K9.

Your point is understood and based on the release notes it most likely isnt supported.
