ACS 5.5 System Alarm[Collector] Error

Good day, dear community

I'm experiencing problem with acs 5.5 with installed latest patch. Suddenly secondary acs started to show problem which is shown on screenshot, everything is working fine, that's why is this message so strange for me, can anybody suggest me, what should I check?

Turn on Management debug:

acs-config

<enter the GUI username>

<enter the password>

debug-log mgmt level debug

and collect the support bundle from the ACS after the event has occurred again

and share it, looking for the Monitoring and reporting collector log is what I am looking for.

Thank you for you help, I collected appropriate bundle, and find the log which you ask me, I also read this file, and found that database can't find listener but I don't know how to run it again, but this is just my own opinion.

did the alarm caused any impact ? maybe like you can't generate some report or something else?
