I have a Cisco ACS 1120 running redhat 4.2.1.13, we had a power outage this weekend and when i came back in it was saying
kernel panic. Any ideas? Seems to be a linux problem not a cisco one .

Seems to be a OS corruption issue, You may have to reimage the box with the recovery CD and restore the database back.
