ACS Kernel Panic

I have a Cisco ACS 1120 running redhat 4.2.1.13, we had a power outage this weekend and when i came back in it was saying

kernel panic. Any ideas? Seems to be a linux problem not a cisco one .

Seems to be a OS corruption issue, You may have to reimage the box with the recovery CD and restore the database back.

Hi Jatin,

I am also facing same issue we have installed 5.3.0.40 image with patch 8 and pointed pre-build patch.I have tried to upgrade to 5.5.0.46 image its showing application upgrade successfully but after restart wherein VM is stucking in between and giving error - kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill inint !

Request you to please suggest for the same.
