ACS Scheduled LOG Backup Not happening

Hi All,

Requesting your expertise advice to get a solution for the below issue,

There is one option to schedule the FULL VIEW BACKUP ( LOGS) in monitoring session of the ACS,  but it’s not happening even after enabling the same. We have scheduled it for Daily. Checked in the backup log history from CLI and there is no Failed logs for this Scheduled backup

Also when we enable the Incremental Backup to ON, then the scheduled FULL VIEW DATEBASE is working Fine, and once the backup is completed the same is moving to OFF. And the next day backup won’t work.

We tested the same in two different ACS running in Version 5.5 & 5.8 and the result was same.

Please let us know if anything we are missing in the Configuration.

From your screenshots you have a repository specified for the full backup but none specified for the incremental backup.

Thanks for the revert Andrew,

We are trying to do FULL View back up only, But the same is only working if i enable the Incremental Backup option and Select the correct Repository in FULL View backup ( This too only one time, once the backup is completed the Incremental Backup is getting changed to OFF, )
