ACS Virtual Machine Support

If an organisation has 2 ACS VMs, with the following licenses:

Product Number	Product Description
CSACS-5-BASE-LIC	^Cisco Secure ACS 5 Base License
CSACS-5-BASE-LIC	^Cisco Secure ACS 5 Base License

Do the part numbers above require a separate support contract to access software downloads on CCO, and get TAC support?  If so, can you please advise what the part number is for the VM support?

ACS is End of Sale and will be End of Support in Auguest.

Please see ACS Licensing for FAQ if not already.

That said, it would be good to think of migrating to ISE.
