Application server stuck in initializing ise 2.2.0.470

Hi,

After a reload on my ISE the Application server has been stuck in initializing for 15hours ish.

I've tried stop application ise / start application ise and also start applciation ise safe with out success.

Any ideas what the problem is or something i can try to to get it up and running again ?

So i have 2 vms.  I have a Primary and then when I registered the 2nd one for secondary, then the application status got stuck in Initializing.  I am running 2.3.0.298.... did you have figure out a fix.  It kind of just hangs there.

Other than confirming resources and restarting the server there won't be much else you can do. If that doesn't work then Jason's message above still applies, you will have to contact TAC so they can determine what's causing it to hang.
