Block out specific Active Directory Domain Controllers in ACS

My client has ACS v5.4. Their ACS appliances are learning unwanted Active Directory Domain Controllers (DCs) which are not in production yet. But yet they are learning them and selecting them as their desired DCs. Is there a way to block out specific AD DCs in ACS and allow the rest to be learned from ACS?

Create a new site in sites-and-services in AD that only matches the ip/ip's of your ACS and then only add the AD servers you wan't ACS to use, then rejoin your ACS to the AD
