Cisco ACS 5.6 Radius not-running

I have ACS 5.6 and have been using ACS for some time to authenticate TACACS for network devices and RADIUS for VPN clients.     Today VPN users stopped authenticating and when I run the Radius Authentication report the Radius Status column has a red stop sign and it says Status Not-Running.   Defines the problem but no clue as to the solution.   I have searched Google, the help files, etc to no avail as to why the radius process is not running.   I have reloaded the server and it has no effect.    Any ideas?   Due to corporate changes, the Smartnet contract dropped and is lost in the labyrinth of who pays for some time.

Hi cgarringer,

 

I am facing exact same issue, did you get any working solution for this ?

 

I guess this could be issue from windows server side as well but not sure.
