Cisco ASA 5525x license error

Hi, so we've an issue here trying to license (or get the license key) off Cisco while going through the motions on their site after we enter the PAK key we get to this stage but the activation-key and serial number don't work with it when i get it off the command line using "show version". Any idea how i go about getting the key off them or where from myself?

Generally it's easiest to just open a case with licensing@cisco.com and work directly with them.

What type of license are you trying to add?
