As a workaround i changed the time zone to reflect the actual time , the time is appeared correctly on nodes CLI but in GUI the logs still shifted one hour.

I can't find this option in the configuration of ISE.

Time Zone = UTC is best practice for a distributed deployment.  Also, remember that if you change the time zone on an ISE, the database is deleted!  So, set this during initial setup.  BTW, for the Eastern Time Zone in the United States, use EST5EDT in order to allow for Daylight Saving Time.

I changed it to GMT+3 and database not deleted , but i am asking if there is GMT+2 zone with DST enabled for future changes.
