Cisco ISE 1.3 Sponsors Portal Print not working

Hello team,

I face the issue described in the title. In ISE's sponsor portal, when i press print, there is a small bar appear in the screen (probably the preview window) but only the top bar is visible.

I have try all browsers supported (IE 10,11 & Firefox)

Do anyone else face the same issue?

I am using Firefox 38.01 and I have no issues like you mentioned above on my node.

Thanks for the reply. I have try with Firefox 38.01 as you suggest but i have the same problem.

I have also try IE11n latest Chrome and Firefox 30 and 38.
